Kevin Windor is your typical high school kid. He has friends, does well in school and is looking forward to college. This all changes t when he is watching the evening news, and he sees a face similar to his own but older. His dad was caught by police in connection to the DB25 murders. DB25 is the name given to a serial killer that has been stalking and killing women in the tri-state area.
