The Google Guys - Larry Page and Sergey Brin

We have all "googled." Google began as a graduate school project to make sense out of the web. Two graduate students, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, wanted to create a search engine that ranked pages in terms of the number of times they had been linked by other sites.

With creativity, innovation andf hard work the two men created google. In 1997, after failed attempts to sell it to Alta Vista and Yahoo, Larry and Sergey opened Google.

Today, Google is worth more than 150 BILLION DOLLARS, more than McDonalds, General Motors and Disney combined.
